| Your prescription, patient name, and doctor's details | For prescription verification by our Registered Pharmacist before dispensing, and to maintain registers required under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. |
| Medicines ordered, order value, delivery/return status | To supply your order and maintain statutory books of account and tax records. |
| Payment mode and gateway transaction reference | To collect payment and process refunds. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank credentials. |
| Login identifier and cryptographic password hash | To let you sign in securely. Passwords are never stored in readable form. |
| IP address, device/browser details, pages visited | To maintain site security and detect fraud. Analytics cookies are set only if permitted. |
3.1 Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent easily at any time via My Account → Privacy → Manage Consent or by emailing privacy@apothecare.in. Withdrawal does not affect past lawful processing or statutory records that law mandates us to keep.
3.2 Your Rights: Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of your data, correct/update records, request erasure where permitted, nominate representatives, and file grievances free of charge with responses within 30 days.
3.3 Age Restriction: The Platform is intended for individuals who have completed 18 years of age. If a user is found to be a child, processing is discontinued unless verifiable parental consent is established.
